Since it's Timid it doesn't need the Attack IV but it is not shiny so I will continue plugging away. Not sure why this one in particular is being so stubborn!

You are right on that but if I do everything right (which includes guessing the number of WNPC movements which in affect determines if the RNG will work properly or not) the Chimchar would only take 5 minutes in total. i have probably tried around 15 times give or take a few to no avail.

Sorry about that, I meant to send you a message yesterday but got caught up studying for the final I took today. Thank you! I do not have a final on Wednesday so after the one I have tomorrow I have to run to the store to grab my gf something she said she wanted then I will have a bit of time to sit down and try to RNG So I might have yours done for tomorrow with any luck

Hey just sending you a message with the update on your Chimchar - I have finals this week so I will be busy studying, however I have been attempting your Chimchar and am close to RNGing what you want. I have everything down except the nature, which keeps coming out as Modest instead of Timid so I have been trying but am stopping for a few days for finals. My last final is Thursday of this week.
