Really? That's great news! I'm very glad the writers decided to continue the show because they're very good at what they do. I don't think I've ever watched a "kid's" show with this sort of writing, continuity, and storyline.

And OMG, yes. <3 The original voice actors are my childhood too. That's why I watch the 4Kids dub so much. I watch Pokemon on Boomerang. And then, I also have DVD box sets of the 4Kids seasons (and movies). XD

Also, I'm very nerdy when it comes to the 4Kids dub. I've even memorized the episode titles, lol.

There's always the that chance she will quit (or get fired). And if that ever happens, it would allow them to bring Veronica back as Ash. =)

And I like what you said about the original series of Pokemon. That's definitely true. It would be hard for anyone to forget those old episodes that have Veronica Taylor in them. Like you said, there's so many great things about the original series. It has nostalgia, great writing, and fantastic voice acting by the original voice cast. The original series has everything. And hopefully, it's still loved and appreciated by MANY fans today.

As for your comment; I agree because moving back means there is no point of there being a newer better version, yes I do because of Pikachu/Ash reset, but its actually getting better as time goes on I will admit that much, I don't know if we'll see them again...

Exactly, If you see somthing with better quality then there is no going back unfortunately. Do you think Best Wishes is a reboot of the franchise? meaning we may never see Dawn, Brock Paul, Gary again?

I got the complete series on DVD from DB to GT, I didn't like having Goku made a kid again either it is no better than resetting Ash and Pikachu at the beginning of a series...

No they aren't but they keep re mastering the episodes and such but I don't buy them because there is really no need

You're not the first one to tell me some of the guys in my dorm told me about it and I did watch a couple of episodes back in the day and it was pretty good but I tried not to get into anymore anime after Digimon, Pokemon and DBZ.

And yeah, I've noticed Sarah's improvement as well. I have mixed feelings about that. And here's why.

1) I do feel it's a good thing that Sarah has gotten much better, because now I can actually ENJOY watching the new Black and White episodes (I couldn't enjoy the D/P episodes at all, because of Sarah's acting). So yeah, it's great that Sarah is doing a good job in B/W. =)

2) However, Sarah's improvement can also be a bad thing... I mean, the more Sarah improves, the more people will forget Veronica's Ash voice entirely. And this really worries me, because I grew up with Veronica's portrayal of Ash, and I'd hate to see the fandom forget her. I don't want everyone to forget about Veronica Taylor, and the great energy that she brought to Ash's personality.

But, I guess it's inevitable, because Sarah's been on the show for so long that people have gotten "used" to her. It also doesn't help that, TPCi won't bring Veronica back, for some reason. =(

Which Ash VA did you say you prefer? From your posts in the "Quality of voice actors" thread, it seems like you prefer Sarah.

But you've said some good things about Veronica's Ash voice too. So now I'm confused. xD

As for me, I prefer Veronica's Ash, because I grew up watching the old Pokemon episodes. And I love how natural and unique Veronica made Ash sound. I also love the energy that she gave Ash. She truly brought him to life. <3

And in my opinion, while Sarah's Ash is good, her portrayal just isn't the same as Veronica's. Sarah's Ash feels like a different character to me, but that's just my opinion. ^^;

Xros Wars Probily Wont Get Dubbed/In A Few Years

Um in the U.S. it went up to season 5 and that was a few yrs ago, there is a new series in Japan but I don't know if it is coming to the U.S.

Yes, Diddy Kong Racing is epic!! :-D

It's a game that, unfortunately, is very underrated and under-appreciated by the general public. I always wondered why more people don't play Diddy Kong Racing, because it's really an awesome game. <3

And I LOVE the music in DKR. It's so catchy!! =D

If you enjoyed the original Diddy Kong Racing, you'll love DKR DS. Trust me, it's pretty much the same game. It even has the hub world and everything from the original game. =D

Plus, it has additional features, like online play. You can play DKR DS online, with friend codes. ^^

And the game even has NEW tracks which weren't in the original game. You have to save up coins in the single player mode, and then you can "buy" the new tracks. =)

You can also buy vehicle upgrades (such as speed, turning, etc) for your different vehicles. DKR DS has a lot of really nice features, and since you're a fan of the original N64 game, I think you'll really like the DS version. It's awesome!! =D
