    You can use the GTS if it's Gen IV+
    If you're playing Gen III on DS or Gen I or II via Lameboy,you can't sorry,at least not without a cartridge(for Gen III)

    Have you tried looking at Bulbapedia?
    In Ecruteak you can get an Eevee,then you can evolve it to Umbreon ^_^

    Cool, thanks. I will try and find one of those out around somewhere. That would also cover the need to find someone who can surf :)
