Ohhhh, I was so excited there...darnit. Oh, well, it's always useful for the archive. ^^ Off the top of their head, can anyone tell if this is a pay service or not?
Well, it's been another year, and I figured I'd pop up and bump this topic again in case anything comes up. *chuckle* Turns out, as I long suspected, Ono is indeed a hentai artist. The reason so few titles bear his name springs form the fact that he uses pen names (such as "Gourmand" and...
Yep, for TR scientists packing up and leaving at a moment's notice -- Oh, crud, the cops! Someone get the clone, would you?
I dunno. Maybe the neck vertebrae separated from the spinal tissue resulting in a "tube" of nerves connected to the cortex independent from the larynx and trachea...
Regarding the ages of Team Rocket...The official Pokemon website used to list TR as being twelve. (Yeah. Right.) and Jessie identified herself as being eighteen (although she was falsifying documents at the time) in that episode where everyone takes some sort of pokemon exam (around the time of...
At the time when "Squirtle Squad" aired, Pokemon was still largely flying under the radar, (in the English-speaking world, at least) playing early on sunday mornings and the like. You can get away with a lot more when you figure no one is actually watching... Actually, I'm pretty sure that's how...
I haven't taken the time to do a deep study, but it's my understanding that there's a certain accepted level of laxness about the production of fan materials in Japan. In the case of doujinshii, there are rarely more than 1000 copies of ANYthing produced, and it's kind of assumed not much money...
Twenty-one! I'm old and loser-y...but I'm an arts and animation student, so I can pretend I'm...studying techniques. And styles. And...stuff. *goes to shop on ebay*
so, anyway, I saw Pokemon back when it aired on Sunday mornings at 7:30 -- the weird-japanese-kiddie-show timeslot that Pizza Cats...
I have a mac, which is quick-time-centric, therefore I use a freeware programme called Divx Doctor II to convert my AVIs into MOV format. It's drag-and-drop, which is nice, since it's so easy. Unless the AVI is corrupted, it seems to work pretty consistantly.
Crazyaboutsilver, there are several groups (including Grimsg, actually) who sell Chuang Yi Pokemon Special editions over ebay. They tend to cost between 7.99 and 9.99 US, plus shipping, and you can place bulk orders. A lot of them are willing to discuss different payment options (paypal, money...
Nelvana isn't just "some Canadian Studio", it produces most of the French and English (heck, probably Spanish, too) language children's programming in the western world. Nelvana is responsible for things like Babar and The Care Bears, as well as more polished shows like Sam & Max: Freelance...
The caption below the little pinkette's pokesho entry says "Jiyuri - temporary". Probably meaning she was a temporary character... "Juri", maybe, or "Julie"?
Blackjack, do you have a link to that preview?

To jump waaay back up to the top of the page -- a toonie is Canadian currency, a two-dollar coin consisting of a large metal ring with a gold center featuring the queen on one side, and a polar bear (or in some cases, family of polar bears) on the other...the Queen with a "bear" behind...
Mm --comparitively cheap if you were looking at importing or purchasing the DVDs individually, or tracking down VHS tapes on ebay, but still, $175 bucks is a wad of money to put down for anything. I always say, if it costs me more than a toonie, it's something I need to mull over first.
Has this DVD boxset turned up with any English-language retailers, on or offline yet? I haven't come across anything regarding it in an online search.. A pokemon movie box set would be fantastic, though. I've always loved the movies, even when the show gets a little "eh". It'd be especially nice...
I might be dragging up dead topics, but since no one answered you, check it all out here:

Also, could you re-upload the megaupload file, by any chance? I'd like to see exactly what you're looking for...
Whee, it's summer! It's also my first attempt at being painterly rather than cel-shade-y with photoshop. I was a little timid, but I like the results, I think. I'm especially fond of how little bulbasaur turned out, though th elinework might need some tweaking.
Also, CharlesRocketBoy and I...
