Hello there. I'm here with a small PSA. Due to recent incidents involving abuse of the Mention system, the OtB staff has decided to implement a new rule. Abusing the mention system will now be considered a Repetitive/Irrelevant Post under the Bulbagarden Forum rules. We are defining abuse as making frequent posts mentioning other users for the simple sake of it, as well as mentioning members of staff when the situation does not call for it. We hope you all understand.
