Cannont Reset My Bulbapedia Account Password

I haven't logged in for awhile on my Bulbapedia account and when I asked to reset my password it says an email was sent to my account, but it hasn't appeared since last week. I've also checked my junk folder as well and it has not showed up in there as well, is anyone else having this problem as well, is there another way to reset my password?
