Keep in mind that you can only place your X's on the lowest available row. Since there are no markers in that column, your X would have to go on the very bottom row of that column.

Also @Enzap; and others, did you notice that if we use lower-case, the row formatting isn't shifted at all?
This is because the width of _ , o and x is the same in the regular font. I suggest we use these...

I'm fine with you guys using lower case or pretty much anything as long as everyone involved is consistent and can easily tell the markers apart.

It's not a formatting error, it's the location of the pieces that's off. Although there is a bit of formatting issues too.

Does anyone else see how the pieces shifted in the board in my above quote?
