I noticed while playing this that this game is notably unbalanced - player 2 simply has such a huge mathematical advantage. Perhaps making the board 7 * 7 instead of 7 * 6 would lessen this

Well if you want to make it more balanced, 7*7 is the way to go.

It's funny though that its even worse when you realise that when both players play perfectly that p1 will always win.
