GEN VI: Donphan/Phanpy

Hey there,
As I am currently building a competitive team around Mega Charizard Y, I'm in dire need of a Pokemon that can spin. As I have previously used Donphan in Silver, he is my main choice.

I'm seeking EITHER a Donphan or a Phanpy with the moves Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, Ice Shard and Earthquake. Levels/nature/EVs/IVs/gender don't matter.
In return I can offer one of the following;
Poliwhirl (Level 57)
Quagsire (Level 30)
Bagon (Level 1)
Pawniard (Level 37)
Absol (Level 1)

As far as I know, Phany can't be bred with SR in 6th gen (transfer move only)

I can however hatch you a Phany, with careful nature, and with eggmoves- Play Rough and Ice Shard if that helps you out any
