English Opening Clips?

I wanted to know what episode clips they use in english intros. Examples are Galactic Battles (the High five scene and Pikachu tackling Regigigas) and Be a Hero (The gang standing on the hill and Serena reaching her arm out), as not all clips are from the Japanese OP?
What episodes do they come from?
(Trying to make a creditless version of Galactic Battles and Be a Hero so help would be nice)

It's Registeel, not Pikachu, and it's from DP129.

The gang standing on the hill and Serena reaching her arm out

Thank you so much! It seems I can't do a credit less of Be a Hero because XYOP2V2 Credit less was never released but I can now do Galactic Battles.
