Escaping Turnback Cave

I came in here to buff levels, but it turns out that you can't use escape ropes to get out of here. I'm gonna have to leave soon to go to a Pokemon Center to recharge my PP, but before I head back, does anyone know if Dig and Teleport will be able to get me out of here, or am I stuck simply back-tracking?
 
Just go through a door, turn around and go back through the same door. Then you should be transported back to the entrance. That's why escape ropes aren't very useful there anyway.
