Halloween, Pokédex C-Gear skins to be available for Japanese Pokémon Black 2 and White 2: ...

The Halloween and Pokédex C-Gear skins will be available for the Japanese Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 games starting Oct. 3, 2012, the same day that the Global Link reopens after maintenance.

The new C-Gear skin looks very well.

It would be appropriate for them to release these internationally too since BW2 release around Halloween time.
Haven't had a Pokedex skin download since the release of Black and White.
