Help Sleeping Through Loud Noise?

Hi! I'm having this problem in my neighborhood. So, these neighbors, have a party practically every weekend. Until 6am. With loud African music. The other neighbors around have called the cops, but as soon as the cops leave, they keep on partying DX. It's EXTREMELY hard to sleep through and my whole family basically gets no sleep, and we're all in a bad mood the next day typically. And like I said, calling cops doesn't help, they JUST KEEP ON FREAKING PARTYING UNTIL 6AM. I can already hear loud pounding bass and it's only 6pm.

I'm closing this, there's really no room for an actual discussion thread. You'd be better off posting a blog about it.

However, it'd probably a good idea to call the police when they are loud past the time in which you can be that loud.
