Cynthia because of her awesome hair and great outfit. I think she's one of the most well-designed human characters in a series where human characters typically have rather bad and ridiculously cartoony designs. Although some others include Lorelei because of her simple design and glasses (being a nerdy girl myself, I find other nerdy-looking girls appealing) and Lusamine due to her light color scheme and wondrously psychotic personality.
 
Early return on Mallow and Lillie are quite good, but I will have to see more anime. Mallow especially I really like, but Lillie's character in the game (NOT DONE YET) is really enjoyable. Still neither is anywhere close to May, but I figured I would mention since they aren't in the poll yet.
 
I've always liked Clair, both for her appearance and her attitude. That being said, Cynthia, Shelly, Courtney and Winona are also pretty attractive.
 
As far as SM goes, Lillie is waifu <3

Also, big fan of Shelly (both original and remake), Cynthia (best champ ever), Flannery, and a few others.
