Myspace video currently has the first 3 D&P episodes in English as well.

There's also this place, Tokyo Toshokan. Searching "pokemon" will give you English episodes more often, and searching "pocket monsters" will give you Japanese episodes more often.
Sunain, something's up with your link. It links to "http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/www.pocketmonsters.net" for some odd reason, and it does the same for me when I try to make a link out of the original url.
