• Hiya, everyone --

Recently we've been noticing there have been a few stories here and there that have been posted without content warnings. As a reminder, we ask that every work published in our Workshop contain content warnings, even if none apply (in which case, you can just mention that no content warnings apply). You can refer to a helpful guide on how to rate your stories here, but if you need any further assistance, please feel welcome to contact a Workshop staff member! We're here to help.

Thank you all for helping us ensure our community is a safe and healthy one, and for your continued patronage in our Library and Workshop.

Bulbagarden's 2017 site-wide staff drive recently came to a close, and after a careful review of the applications submitted to the Writer's Workshop, the moderators have decided to welcome @Emma Prescott to the team! You may know her as the author of the collab Storm Island, and the more recent Land of the Roses. You've most likely seen her hanging around our general chat thread, too! She's everywhere! Her dedication to writing and the section as a whole will surely be an asset to the Writer's Workshop, and I look forward to working with her.

For those who applied and didn't make the cut this time around, don't despair! There will be opportunities in the future to apply to the Writer's Workshop again. If you're unsure as to why you weren't hired and would like to discuss your application with me, please feel free to message me in private and we'll go from there.

Keep writing, keep reviewing, and keep discussing, folks! The activity around here lately, especially for reviewing, has been great to see. 8)
