I have one. few questions. Are the arceus english? and is the manaphy from an event, or the egg?

One of the Arceus is a Dream Ball US event (Caught by me). The other is a Japanese event with the four signature moves of Sinnoh. I can't check the Manaphy, since my brother forgot his X version, but I believe it's from the Egg. I will edit if I'm wrong.
