Looking for an Arceus

My brother has this great plan to use an Arceus but neither of us have access to get it. I've heard you can get it via dream world. But neither of us really know how to get it. Help?
 
You can still get an Arceus from the DreamWorld at the moment. Its easy to sign up for the DW, go into promotions and then put in the code ARCEUSVOTE to add it to the friend board, wake up your pokemon and catch it in the Entree Forest. If you'd like to trade for an Arceus cause its easier I can clone mine for you.

I'll need your BW FC if you please. Also, didn't you want a bred legendary?
