GEN VI: Looking for Togepi, Protean Froakie or FCs to acquire either in Friend Safari

Looking for any Togepi line or Protean Froakie line. If you feel like being a wonderful person, i would prefer the Togepi w/ Modest nature and Serene Grace, and the Froakie w/ hasty or naive nature. Alternatively, if you know that either of these pokemon exist in your Friend Safari, I can add you and you can add me and everything will be wonderful. Thanks! FC: 3952 7711 8175

EDIT: I just acquired HA Ivysaur and Quilladin. Just a possible point of interest :)
EDIT2: I got Froakie. Just need Togepi.
