At least the Monsoon must be IV bred. As long as the Scatterbug is of the correct pattern, I will take it

Aren't all the shinies hacks, though? I read that the Poké Ball pattern is shiny-locked. And Wonder Trade already makes me suspicious.

No, I don't believe they are Shiny Locked, as there are quite a few Shinies used in YouTube battles. I do think mine is a hack, though, as it was caught in a Friend Safari.
