Words cannot express how unbelievably psyched I am. I'm about to explode with happiness. Now here's to hoping that volume 10 is on its way as well, and we don;t have to wait another 7 years for the last volume.

AFAIK, these are only being released in southeast Asia by Chuang Yi. But they're still legitimate releases.

The ebay auctions I linked to ship worldwide, according to their descriptions at least. But yeah, these are releases from Singapore, just like the post volume 7 Pokemon Adventure books.
