New Forum Style: Bulbagarden Pumpkin Patch!

Hey y'all!

As those who use the default forum style may have noticed, we've got a new style for the forums, called Bulbagarden Pumpkin Patch! It’s been created by Staff Artist @noworry and will be the default style during the Halloween season. Those who don't use the default style can choose it from the style list, where it will stay available after the season, too.

Hope you all enjoy this new spooky theme, and if you find any issues with it please say so below.
