New item in Pokémon X and Y to be distributed at Jump Festa: Jump Festa will be held on Dec. 21, 22

A new item that is hard to obtain in Pokémon X and Y called Weakness Policy will be distributed to players who attend the Jump Festa 2014, which will be held on Dec. 21 and 22.

Excuse me, but the Weakness Policy article does not exist on Bulbapedia yet.
