New Red Collection cards and Hail Blizzard/Psycho Drive info surfaces: A new TCG mechanic and ...

Message boards, blogs, magazines, and the official PTCG sites have been featuring various aspects of the upcoming Pokémon Card Game releases in Japan. Among those featured is the second BW era expansion, Red Collection, the third BW era expansion, Psycho Drive/Hail Blizzard, a new upcoming pair of decks called the Reshiram EX and Zekrom EX decks coming Oct. 21, as well as various promotional cards.
