Pokémon World Championships Smeargle event announced: Distribution to take place August 10-11

The official Pokémon website recently announced a Smeargle event that will be taking place at the Pokémon World Championships.

I think this might be one of the worst event Pokémon since you can get this Smeargle easily by using Sketch four times on Pokémon that have used those specific moves. I hope that the fact that it has high Speed and Attack stats is true since Smeargle is supposed to have low stats usually.
