you breed two pokemon obtained from different region games (ie a japanese ditto breeding with an english sentret)

combined with shiny charm the ratio becomes like 1/512 or somefin

Starmie, then Minior, then Pory-Z,

I can't see anything but I think I did it
 
due to the fact that I could never keep long enough focus in the elementary computer lab, I never learned to type the “correct” way
