What advice does everyone have regarding a good team to build as the game progresses?

I'm starting the task for the Fourth Noble right now in the fourth area, but I wanted some advice.

My team:

Typhlosion Lvl. 44
Ursaluna Lvl. 43
Gengar Lvl. 41
Floatzel Lvl. 41
Machoke Lvl. 40
Golem (My only shiny right now!) Lv. 40
