I can barely find a site that sells many of the Japanese Season 1 VHS tapes.

NOTE: Yes, there is no DVD's of it.

Is there a site that has a list of the Japanese VHS tapes released, or a site I can buy them off of?
 
Your best bet would probably Yahoo Japanese Action. If you're lucky, you'll find some on ebay.

I heard the VHS's quality are poor. Even the reruns of it on Kids Station were/are better. XD
 
I know that at least every episode of the original series (Minus Porygon of course) has been released on VHS. The Japanese VHS tapes only had 2 episodes a tape though the last one may have had 3.
