Who has encountered their first shiny in d/p? I just did, I cought shiny Cacnea while searching for a swarm of beldums, post your stories? I was really suprised.
 
You might want to take a look at this thread, since it was posted before yours. ^^;

But yes, I've encountered shinies in D/P. I found a shiny Mukkubird (Staravia) in my Japanese Pearl, and I found a shiny Machoke in my American Diamond. :3
