It looks oddly girly for an Eeveelution. I can see the others being male easily, but... I dunno, might turn out to be Gen VI's Lopunny where both genders look female.
 
I like cute Pokemon, but I don't like them overly girly. Vaporeon is cute, but this new one looks a little off. A little alien compared to the rest of the Eeveelutions.
