UPN's D/P Pokemon Tournament

The only thing wrong with their uber list is Celebi and Jirachi. Other than that, seems as though they have their heads on straight. I'd join if Jirachi was unbanned.
 
We banned it due to 'it being annoying' according to the cooridinater. xd

On top of that, they aren't regularly available to people so we felt it was slightly unfair for people who had them to use them against people who don't have them. Same as Manaphy.

Anyway, the ban list probably won't get smaller.
