Which is Bettah?

For the Deoxys question, it all depends on what opponent you're going up against.

Snorlax and Blissey . . hmm that's a hard one. Blissey has a great HP stat, however, it has sucky attack and defense . . but good speed, sp. defense and sp. attack (compared to Snorlax), however the two are kind of the same when it comes to that. Hmm . . I'd say I'd go with Snorlax if I was in a battle though. All though if I needed a pokémon that had a lot of HP for whatever reason it would definitely be Blissey.

And no contest Regirock . . but it's a legendary so that's a downside (if you're trying to compete in Battle Tower and whatnot)
 
Spd Deokishisu is BETTERU!

KABIGON is BETTERU! Happinass no attack suxx!!

DOSAIDON is betteru. Non-legendary no Chikara!
 
Speed form is probably the most well rounded stat wise, and I would say that Snorlax and Rhyperior are BETTERU.
 
I like the speed form of Deoxys

Id go with blissey if you just need hp, but snorlax otherwise

And Rhyperior
