What pokemon-related moment scared you most?

I'll go first...
Boy: Do you believe in ghosts?

I did not sleep at all that night.
 
When I read the message in Turnback Cave ("That where life sparkles, that where life is faded, where two worlds overlap) send chills down my spine. Also when the Channelers in Pokemon Tower say they were possesed, especially the one who said her hair was falling out.
 
Call me a wimp, but Cyrus's mad plot in Platinum had me shivering for about a week.

The music that plays at Mt. Pyre also creeps me out, especially since the place is teeming with ghosts, waugh. D8

And dear god, the Old Chateau! I never want to EV train special defense again! ;A; Gastlys, go away!
 
The old Chateau from D/P/Pt was creepy especially when those ghosts appear and at night the music is creepy.
 
The turnback cave is pretty creepy, and the old chateau too. But they're not nightmare fuel.
 
The entirity of first gen Kanto gives me the serious creeps. Especially Mount Moon. Oh god, Mount Moon... *shiver*
 
Probably the moment when I found out my Silver Version—my most powerful game to date—was dying.

That literally did give me a nightmare, wherein the game lost its firmware. Not the save file, the firmware.

Fortunately, I think I can save it.
 
I jumped when the marowak ghost appeared in the pokemon tower in Lavender town. I could not figure out why I couldn't catch it either, this was freaking me out.
 
when i was in the blizzard this lady gave me a spell tag then i came back she was gone. another is i really had a dream were the blissey i was raising would have minium hp

Thanks to the episode 23 of the first season of the anime, The Tower Of Terror, when I was a kid I was so f*cking scared of ghosts, but SPECIALLY afraid of Haunter. I couldn't sleep in the dark for a week after watching that episode.
 
lol, nice guys. mine's probably when i first heard the sounds the ghosts in yellow version's Tower made...geeze, i thought they were going to attack me...

it's not canon, but there's this fic somewhere (it's on fanfiction.net) that puts out the theory that Missingno. makes whomever sees it go insane which is why it messes up the game file. After reading that, I went back to my old copy of red and was going for the rare candy cheat and ran into Missingno... creepy.
 
lavender town music is creepy... or the weird music/sounds from glitch pokemon >.<
