Eegh, oh my Arceus that's awful to think about.
My brother was telling me the other day that the pokemon world is just generally more terrifying than the real world, because of how powerful all the monsters are. You'd be afraid to go outside if you knew there were giant bees out there waiting to skewer you.

In the Zoroark event, the lady just flat-out screams.
 
I think the abandoned ship in ruby/sapphire because I didn't know at first that there were people inside it and the music creeped me out. I had to turn it down.
 
I read something creepy about Marvelous Bridge on Bulbapedia:

During certain occasions, the spirit of a deceased young girl will be standing on the bridge, and will disappear if the player walks towards her. An old lady in the gatehouse to the east of the bridge will explain the young girl used to play around the area before the bridge was built.

i found it extremely creepy when N rides the Ferris wheel with you and then you have that close up shot of his face... in any other game the next part of that scene would have been a kiss... i don't know... maybe that's my overactive imagination but that's the first thing that popped into my head
 
The fact that the Day Center is right next to the preschool in BW..just what are they teaching those preschoolers?
 
The old woman in a house road to Stark Mountain. The typical NPC who offers you to rest and heal your party... at this point, nothing wrong, but why the hell does she insist? No, your Pokémon still tired, stay a little more here, nothing bad would happen... and it's a lonely old woman at the bottom of a volcano...
 
In the victory road gates...The huge chasm with air blasting out of it could shut off at any moment...then you fall about 6 miles.

Well I would expect it either way, especially around the end part where N explains that he wasn't all bad before leaving the character forever. or a sad ferriswheelshipping skit of them hugging each other goodbye would be seen

Plenty of things are creepy, bro. D8 Ghost Pokemon, for starters. And bugs. GIANT BUGS OH GOD. There's the Distortion World, and Gay Cheese as well. D8 Ooh, Cyrus too, as sexy as he was. Ooh, ooh, and Darkrai gets special mention.

Seriously, dude, a ferris wheel date ain't creepy. D8 N can't be more than 5-6 years older than the player.
