It's just that the combo in his claim just seems weird to me, I don't know that many roles but the combo of "Tell someone I'm town" plus a super doc just feels weird in my head. This coupled with the not quite towny nature of his posts makes me hesitant to accept his claim.
Either way he's not the person I'm looking at voting for next day, Matrix is seeming far fishier to me.

Fair enough. Role makes sense for Diantha but I would trust it more if there was a Godfather flip.

I don't know about Ghastly. He expressed confusion for what happened overnight, but there were multiple posts early in the night phase about Seth's claim and me claiming my Lightning Rod ability. With all the chaos, he could have been faking confusion to blend in.

If there were a mafia-aligned Lightning Rod, hypothetically speaking, they'd never be able to use it because without knowing if a protective role is active, it would be suicidal AND damaging to the mafia team to attempt the action. They'd risk losing a player in an attempt, and losing a member is a heavy blow to the mafia team.

Oh thank goodness. I mean I was positive Zexy was going to turn up mafia but when he said the jester thing a little part of me was having flashbacks to Zexy Mafia and it wasn't too great. Anyway I'm surprised he actually was a JOAT, I was expecting that claim to be false too but hmm there was some truth in a web of lies after all. I guess this also means mafia really did abstain from killing Night 2 in order to make it look like Zexy's 'doc shot' worked? Incredibly risky and questionable but is seeming more likely especially now.

Yeah I'm forgetting the game but I do remember once where Zexy was mafia (was it Chaos Mafia) and I don't care for meta use too much but Zexy tended to either null read those he was mafia buddies with or distance himself from them altogether... if I remember correctly. I don't think those that he considered town are of suspicion or worth looking into much-- that would be attracting too much attention to his scum partners and doesn't go along with how he had acted previously but again that's very meta so take with a grain of salt I suppose.

I'd love to hear more from Space personally but I understand the not feeling right/into the game thing too so when they're ready to post is fine but it'd sure be helpful right now. I don't find Space actually suspicious in fact I'd find Space to be the more towny of those that are on the less active side. @Klavier Gavin Did you ever do anything with your item or are you able to now?

I can't imagine a mafia lightning rod because like Gavin said, I'm not sure what good that would do for mafia. Also Gavin you may have said this before and I'm sorry if I missed it but was your lightning rod a 1x it probably is but I was thinking about it since it was brought up and so it made me curious.

Are we sure that jackatlasred is telling the truth about his ability? I caught up on what I had missed from last night, and boy was his explanation of his ability confusing. drinking game everytime I say something is confusing First it was like a roleblock, then a regular doc, then a 1x complete doctor protection for everyone? I don't fully understand it. I suppose it would explain his inactivity (remaining under the radar to prevent attention being drawn to himself) but I don't know how much it can be trusted.

We got a Town check on Klavier Gavin, there's no way they were culted unless Elementar timed the action like as if the check is only of the chosen player's alignment DURING the night instead of after. Maybe the cultist is the person that is yet to be revealed by @Seth Rollins ? I wouldn't recommend outing them, but whatever. Maybe it's not a Night Action per se.

But wouldn't the cultist have to visit a player then? And if there isn't a cult, then what about the dots outside the white? I guess we are going to have to wait for the next set of dots given the information we have now.

Huh I hadn't even considered that. Good question but I'm guessing it wasn't the lie detection or track abilities. Don't see why he would've used those when he was knew he was going to get lynched, which leaves the voyeur or role cop.
