I would've taken my vote off earlier if I'd thought I was wrong - obviously I was wrong, but before being revealed he was town, I thought he was most worthy of a vote. I'm not sure what else there is to say regarding the subject.

1) That’s not Doctor. And there was a chance that he would use it on mafia or on someone it would have no effect on, so it’s not as large of a loss as it’s made out to be.
2) He didn’t defend himself or clarify anything, and considering it was day one, it wasn’t as though we had much to work with.

So we lynched town. That sucks. Will it majorly hurt us? No. We’ll survive and now we’ve gained some info so it’s not a complete loss.

You start the game with joke-voting the host, which I am personally not a fan of, but it's alright so long as you end up doing something more productive later. However,

All you really ended up doing during the phase was questioning little things and not really adding to any discussion. In fact, what you just posted was merely questions with little to actually talk about - I'd like to hear more from you, even though I know there isn't much to argue right now. But I do think your posts sound some alarm bells.

I agree about what Feenie said about Nightwing, though honestly, the majority of the game feels very inactive. It's hard to point at certain people when not many chose to even talk about the Max1996 votes or anyone else.

I think that her questioning without actually commenting on the game herself is more a result of inexperience in mafia than being scummy. I also think she kept asking questions because no one really ever gave her an answer to most of them.

HumanDawn, your reasoning for voting Max is very weak. You voted him because he was avoidant, yet he asked which question to disregard. You didn't like the fact he didn't answer both questions.

And of course Midorikawa...joke votes in the beginning of the day, doesn't appear until much later almost at the end of the day, votes Max because of OMGUS on HD, but ignores Feenie's OMGUS on Max. Amazing. You said Max and CheffOfGames were buddy-buddy? I see more buddy-buddy in you and Feenie.

Okay so my reasoning is very simple. You three all voted for Max and you've all been acting weird with all of your "scum joking". I asked you guys this questions and no one else to simply see what your reactions would be. Thank you HumanDawn for yet again, completely evading my questions.

How are these questions relevant to the game?

They are relevant as even though they are simple types of questions they still can it further the game (as everyone knows day 1 can be a tricky one to keep up conversation and we need all the information we can get about who may possibly be mafia. It's all about a reaction and then picking that reaction apart to try and work out who's scum.
Also even if you don't think they're relevant wouldn't you still want to answer them (even if you just said "We were obviously joking") instead of making yourself look more suspicious by essentially avoiding them?

Fair point. I'm also willing to give general inactivity of the game an added reason for this, as well.

It's not exactly productive when the question is something that can hardly be answered.

Again, I'm not sure what the explaining is. Our votes are explanatory as we pretty much explained them in the past phase and they were, blatantly, proven to be a bad decision now.

It didn’t make any sense to Professor Layton. The past few days had become relatively quiet; only the occasional taunting and brawl broke out at the two sides’ borders. The ones who moved on stayed in the prison’s left wing, utilising the admin area to store and create items and Pokéballs. Conversely, the salty shafted created a heavy defence surrounding the surveillance tower and spread out into the right wing. To Layton, such a formation seemed illogical. The ones who moved on were planning a push down the east flank at this point in time, and were sure to win with their severe advantage in numbers. It seemed too obvious to be a trap, aiming to cause sacrifice rather than strategic gain. So, using his natural disposition for solving problems, Layton followed the scarce clues he had to a large games room at the corner of the two opposing territories. The area had been declared neutral at the beginning of the fight, and was home to those who didn’t want to be involved in the fight. It was quiet now; only a few disconsolate souls punched at ping pong balls or laid with their feet hanging over the edge of the couch.

He mumbled under his breath, “I thought all characters had to sign up before the war…” A couple waiting in the short line for the pool table glanced up briefly and shifted their focus towards Layton’s words, almost appearing to hope for silence. But the detective continued. “Despite his formation, Waluigi does have the numbers… What would he be scared of?” He walked around obliviously, completely invested into analysing the walls and floors. When that led to no avail, he absent-mindedly glanced across the room’s inhabitants, now noticing that all occasionally glanced mournfully back at him. Then it clicked. “Wait… you’re all…” A figure slipped behind him and held his mouth shut, restricting his movements so another character could run and punch his stomach with his fist. The first character then grabbed his arms and threw him into the wall, causing his contorted body to fade into a dull, rocky grey. The members grabbed the statue by the limbs and carried it to a cell, laying it at the back in the shadows. Almost in sadness, they locked the bar door and walked away.

Midorikawa and Feenie pretty much said what I would have said. I don't know what you expect me to say? Mislynches happen and are a normal part of the game. I also don't know what you mean by me "yet again" evading your previous questions (and I even asked you one before, and it took you till now to answer it). I didn't see the questions as game relevant and how they could lead to anything worthwhile.

Is that why you only voted the host Day 1? You... don't need to tell me this, but asking people why they spoke in the third person, and asking why they're joking about being Mafia (especially early Day 1), is not going to pressure anyone.

It probably means nothing and is just a coincidence but I find it interesting that you mentioned Jnjo right before they were night killed.

I don't really have much to go on here with how inactive the game is, but out of all the inactives jdthebud still hasn't posted again. We can't afford to let potential scum lurk. The others I can excuse to an extent because they're still new, but I know jdthebud is a lot more experienced than them.
