A Dragonair would be hard to get. I'd ask for a Dratini.
I don't think I will. My friend is great at battling though so she might benefit from it.

The only legendaries I won't allow are the event ones... Mew, celebi, shaymin etc. I will allow any other legendary, as long as it is around lv.50. Not a super strong mewtwo.
