Oh and I think I figured out why Megahorn wasn't transferring, I think its only an egg move in HG/SS so maybe that's why it wasn't working on your platinum? just a guess I'm not really sure

no not many really slow pokemon can learn it a lot of medium high speed pokemon can as there are quite a few really fast pokemon that can such as alakazam who is one of the fastest pokemon only 9 non-legendary pokemon are faster then it and yeah not much a fan of electric tho they are fast and not much a fan of grass ether to many things are resistant to it

dealing with water types electric is more reliable then grass and move pools are all the different moves a pokemon can learn im going to teach typhloshion thunder punch but i want another electric attack on another pokemon thats not week to water so it ether has to go on dusknoir or snorlax and the trick room move is more ment for other pokemon such as steelix and empoleon
