A Mysterious Misty

Very long ago the webmaster of Pokesho (Soara) did a picture involving Misty from all the different spinoffs she was featured in. I know most of them, but I dont know where the Misty in the top left corner is (the one that's very simply drawn). I've asked some people (I think I asked Yamato-san at the Pokecommunity's Pokesho Club) but neither Yamato-san nor anyone else knew. Some told me Dogasu here would know



Any info on this mysterious Misty?

The one in the top left hand corner confuses even me but I think it is most likely one from other fan arts or perhaps a manga.

Think it's suppose to be the American Pokemon Comic Strip Misty.

Could she be from the American comic strip?

That is one possibility but someone who has read the Pokemon manga and comics should be able to confirm or deny this fact.
