All Aboard the Victory Train
This event, which originally ran from June 30th to July 15th, 2021, follows Ingo and Emmet as they arrive via train on Pasio, seeking to build a new railway on the island, and meeting with Pasio's Sync Pairs along the way. This event is available in-game now, and will continue until August 3rd, at 10:59pm (PT). By completing battles during this event, players can receive Event Voucher J items, which can be exchanged for a multitude of in-game rewards including 5★ Strike Candy Coins, 5★-Guaranteed Scout Tickets, Sync Orbs, and Skip Tickets. All rewards can be claimed even if players have previously completed the event during its original run. Players can also obtain Event Medals by completing a variety of in-game missions associated with this event.
- Ingo & Excadrill, Emmet & Archeops: +60% (x1.6) Bonus Rewards
- Hilbert & Oshawott/Dewott/Samurott, Hilda & Tepig/Pignite/Emboar: +40% (x1.4) Bonus Rewards
- All other sync pairs with the Unova theme skill: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards
Players should also note the following when playing this event:
- The number of plays available for Daily Extreme Battle 1 are reset every day at 11:00pm (PT).
- To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
- The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
- All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
- Leftover Event Voucher J items will be automatically converted to coins at a rate of 10 coins per item at the end of the event, and sent to players' Present Boxes.
In conjunction with this Story Event, the fair-exclusive Ingo & Excadrill and Emmet & Archeops are returning together in a limited time Poké Fair Scout. These sync pairs have expanded sync grids and have the ability to be raised to 6★ EX.
This Poké Fair Scout will run until August 3rd, at 10:59pm (PT).
Ingo and Excadrill are a Ground-type Support Sync Pair that focus on causing Sandstorms, lowering opponents Accuracy, and boosting allies stats. Their Main Attack Move Mud Slap lowers the opponents Accuracy by one stat rank per attack. They also have the ability to heal allies with their trainer move Potion. Their All Aboard! move raises all allies attack one stat rank, raises critical hit by two stat ranks, and applies the Free Move Next effect, while their Passive Skills protects the Sync Pair from damage from a Sandstorm while also boosting allies stats.
Emmet & Archeops are a Rock-type Strike (Physical) Sync Pair. Their Rock Slide attack has a 30% chance of causing the Flinch Status, while Stone Edge has a high critical hit ratio. Emmet & Archeops also have the Trainer Move Dire Hit +, which raises Crit Ratio by two stat ranks, and Right on Track!, which raises their Attack Stat by 6 stat ranks, Accuracy by two ranks, and applies Damage Guard Next to themselves.
