No. It has a massive movepool with only 2 songs I can think of.

Close Combat, Thunder, Psychic, Ice Beam are just a few.

Satoshi doesn't meet her until the second episode, so this episode is mostly likely the quick cameo at the end like Haruka's was.

To me it actually seems like Dawn will appear in this ep... not just a cameo at the end... I could be wrong, but I thought the previews for this ep showed Dawn and all of her Poké...

I believe you're thinking of all the other previews for the later episodes and the season as a whole. The preview for this episode focuses on Meloetta and Cynthia, with Dawn's Pokémon being shown at the tail end (after the sponsor message). It seems to me that the episode will end with the gang arriving in Eastern Unova and meeting Dawn; it might take up a few minutes, though.

Well, the sponsor part scenes should also be from this ep, I think... and the scenes we see there seem to suggest there's more than just an end of the episode short scene... I guess that maybe the first half of the ep will focus on Cynthia and the group getting to East Unova, while the second half will focus on the group meeting Dawn

Meloetta's transformation scene reminds me of one of those magical girl anime.
 
I actually like how it uses her hair as a staff.

Didn't really like meloetta first when I saw games, but now I do.
