Just that while Creative Corner was initially above BG Projects, I don't think it should be, and now the RP section was moved above Projects as well, which wasn't necessary in my opinion.
But it doesn't matter that much as long as all forums are easily accessible, and they are now.
The "Project" forums are highly specific forums dedicated to planning and working on different section of the site. The sections themselves are extremely important in getting visitors, but the forums not so much - they exist largely as a convenience for the people working on those sections.
Creative Corner and Roleplaying, on the other hand, are very likely to do just that, because they are forum features themselves - not for discussion of things elsewhere, but to do things right on the forum.
That's why they're above project.
