I kept on winning the tough master rank contest, twice with a pinsir, then with a marshtomp. AND THE ARTIST WON'T COME!! What are the requirements to get a picture in the museum?

I think you have to win it by a wide margin. Not sure though.

What exactly do you mean? I've gotten pictures of my teddiursa, charmander, and espeon..

Having experience with this, it can take multiple tries to get the artist to appear though as Blackjack said, you have to win by a wide margin. Two tips I can provide 1. Make sure the meter for the Pokemon you're using for whatever contest you're attempting is completely full and that the Pokemon has been fed 12 Pokeblocks and no less. 2. Make sure you take advantage of contest combos and such to gain more hearts.

You need to win the Master Rank with five or more hearts in your 'appealing meter' to draw the attention of the Pokémon Artist.
