Finding Pokemon For the National Dex

I know that one must see all of the 150 creatures in the sinnoh dex in order to get the national dex after defeating the elite four, and seeing the Palkia picture from the old lady, I cannot seem to find two pokemon in the diamond version, Misdreavus and Wormadam, where are the trainers who have these pokemon, if anyone knows ?
 
Route 214 has both the pokémon you seek.

coming from Veilstone city, the first Psychic has a Misdreavus, while a Beauty has a Wormadam.
