So today is our 67th independence day, just to belive 67 years ago Ben-Gurion declared the founding of Israel!
How do I celebrate? Well, I just ate BBQ pork tenderloin! So what if I'm Jewish? Jews can Atheists too! Yummy!

Hard to believe it's only been 67 years. Israel's story really is quite remarkable.
