I see no reason for a separate thread. Use the American announcement thread that already exists.
 
I have to call fake, because every Pokemon Game from Emerald to Platinum (on the handheld) has been released on a Sunday. Didn't bother going back further because there's no point.

Why would they release it on Thursday? If it's in April the earliest it could be is the 4th which is the first Sunday of April.

Sunday for the US, is the start of the week, it makes more sense to release something on the start of the week rather than mid week.

It could be real, but I don't know why they'd change it from Sunday to Thursday all of a sudden, and I doubt waiting till the 4th is going to kill anyone.
