I am currently working on my own fan-made Pokemon game using Pokemon Essentials and I would appreciate any ideas or feedback.
Here are some stuff that you need to know about the project:
- The game will be called Pokemon Paint Version, as all the textures are made in Microsoft Paint and look childish.
- The setting is based in Australia and the Pokemon are based on Australian animals.
- You will have two rivals similar to Pokemon Black and White version.
- And that's what I've got.
Here's what I've made so far
The first town:
The Grass Starter:
Swampbat - Grass (Grass Wombat Pokemon)
Willowbat - Grass/Ground (Grass Wombat Pokemon)
Wombiary - Grass/Ground (Forest Wombat Pokemon)
The Fire Starter:
Ecinder - Fire (Flame Echidna Pokemon)
Combuschog - Fire / Electric (Flame Echidna Pokemon)
Sparkcier - Fire / Electric (Berzerk Echidna Pokemon)
The Water Starter:
Platty - Water (Platypus Pokemon)
Ploxic - Water/Poison (Toxic Platypus Pokemon)
Placidic - Water / Poison ( Toxic Platypus Pokemon)
I know they look kinda stupid, but thats the kind of vibe im going for with this game.
Let me know what you guys think and if you have any ideas.
