It's not an error. Arboliva was also normal-sized in the Lucius vision Terapagos made in episode 12.

I checked back as well and I don't think it's an inconsistency. It seems intentional with the ancient Pokemon appearing to have grown big since Lucius.
These two scenes are back to back and the size difference is too jarring to be accidental.
The battle with Charizard moves too fast and dynamic, one point they look same size, the other Moltres looks bigger.
Yeah, but like Articfoxgamez just said, Moltres wasn't much bigger than Charizard during the fight. Plus, Liko isn't exactly the tallest person in the world either. Moltres probably has two feet on her, easy.
Maybe......I'm going to take that "flashback" stuff with a grain of salt though, considering we have no idea how accurate it is. Arboliva perhaps became giant over time, but the jury's still out on Moltres. I still think it's normal sized, and always has been.As Eitarou pointed out, Arboliva was also regular sized with Lucius in a flashback, so they are indeed giant now.
So it is a shiny Lapras then? When the Rising Volt Tacklers learn that this Pokémon is actually a shining Laplace
Probably not. Its a direct translation of japanese and they have never called shiny pokemon shiny, just "differently colored pokemon"So it is a shiny Lapras then?
Oh. I wonder what the part about the "shining Lapras" meant then.Probably not. Its a direct translation of japanese and they have never called shiny pokemon shiny, just "differently colored pokemon"
