GEN VI: LF: Skrelp or Dragalge

Hi all, this Pokemon GO craze had gotten me back into completing my real pokedex. I have Pokemon X currently and the only Y pokemon I am missing are the skrelp family.
I have a lot of bred pokemon and even several duplicate legendaries I am willing to part with for either a Skrelp or Dragalge (obviously a dragalge will be worth more),so name your price and I may be game.

I don't have any heart scales unfortunately. Basically, I restarted my friend's X for the Xerneas, so i have a lot of pokemon but no items. I got a Skrelp from the GTS, so I just need a Dragalge to save me some time raising it.

Do I have to wake up early? Haha just kidding, yes I am interested in a Dragalge still. I should just make a thread with the pokemon I still need to finish my Dex.
