Mega Evolutions or GX Pokémon?

Pretty simple: do you prefer M or GX cards better? Why/Why not?

Personally I like Mega Pokémon better, but only if they have a Spirit Link card to accompany them. I feel like GX cards can be really op sometimes.. like Primarina GX has a move that heals all damage off it..

They're basic Pokemon and the moves are low cost for a guaranteed prize card.
